Shipping is normally handled through UPS, FEDEX or USPS flat rate or FIRST CLASS with tracking.

We value your trust very highly, and will continue to work hard to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide us.
ORDERING POLICY
By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please be sure your order is 100% correct, orders cannot be changed, modified, or updated once submitted. It is your responsibility to assure your shipping address is correct, you have chosen the correct color, caliber, length, etc.
It is your responsibility to know your local laws. OCA USA is not liable for any costs associated with, storage or holding, shipping or any other fees if you purchase a firearm that is not allowed in your city/state by law or ordinance.
Your card will be charged at the time of order. This assures your place in line for product availability. In the event an item is out of stock or oversold, orders will be filled in the order received
We invest valuable time and money filling your orders, this means that if you must cancel your order there will be a 10 percent fee, based off the total order, to cancel. This fee is to cover credit card processing fees and the time it takes to cancel your order. IF your order ships out, you will be responsible for returning it for a refund.
We attempt to ship all orders within 1-4 business days for stock items. We fill orders in the order they were received including nights and weekends.
If a return is approved, returns must be made within 30 days. Please refer to our return policy.
IN THE EVENT AN ITEM EXPERIENCES A BACKORDER OF LONGER THAN THREE MONTHS (3), WE MAY CONTACT YOU TO SEE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM/OPTION AT THE SAME PRICE OR YOU WILL AHVE THE CHOICE TO CONTINUE TO PROCEED WITH THE ORIGINAL ORDER. OCA USA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR MANUFACTURING OR SHIPPING DELAYS OUT OF ITS CONTROL.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
ALL returns must be given a return authorization number. Items shipped back to OCA USA without authorization will not be accepted. Please contact customer service via phone or email to discuss return options.
Custom and special order items are non-returnable.
Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
Certain items are not available for sale where prohibited. It is the PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY to determine the legality in your locality PRIOR to ordering.
NO SALES OUT OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM WORK, BLEMS, OVERRUNS, CLEARANCE, APPAREL or NON-STOCKING SPECIAL ORDERS.
